Remote Support can also be of the good old-fashioned phone variety. Phone support may limit the types of problems that can be fixed. Please provide a detailed description of the problem when scheduling and we will let you know if phone support is right for you.

You will download a small utility from our website that allows us to control your computer remotely. You can watch as a tech fixes your computer problems right before your eyes.

The Remote Support utility uses full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today’s standards.

The remote control can ONLY be initiated from the customers computer. As soon as the session is terminated there is no way a tech can access your computer unless you relaunch the utility, and give the tech your software generated ID.

All you need to get started is a Windows PC or a Mac with an internet connection (DSL or Cable).(Slower connections can cause longer repair time)

Most computer problems can be fixed with Remote Support such as program errors, spyware/virus removal, sluggish computer, cleaning up junk files, eliminating pop-ups. Perhaps you just need a guiding hand to help with Microsoft Office or another program.

If we are unable to solve your problem remotely because physical on-site assistance is needed, your remote session is on us. That’s right, FREE! All of your minutes are waived and you are not charged anything for our time. You are only obligated to pay the initial session connection fee.

But wait, there’s more!

Yes, we’ll even waive the connection fee if you schedule one of our techs to complete the job that we were unable to finish remotely. Simply schedule an On-Site appointment and once the problem has been resolved, we’ll deduct the remaining session connect fee.
